Akins Comptronics can not be held responsible for misrepresentations by any third party websites referenced in this website. This site may not be used in any manner that contradicts the laws of California and the United States in General. These misconducts include but are not limited to, unlawful activity, invasion of privacy, abuse, harassment, vulgarism, obscenity,racism, threats or intimidation.

Information transmitted on this site are currently not encrypted and may be available for viewing to the public. You also agree not to transmit information that may tend to be abusive or that may infringe other people’s civil rights.

That you are the owner or the rightful user of the equipment you are requesting service on. D.D. Akins Comptronics have no means of verifying the authenticity with respect to rightful ownership or permitted usage of the equipment you request service for.

You agree to pay all fees or charges due as a result of service performed on your equipment at your request, including recurring fees for contracts, non-recurring charges, taxes, duties or assessments applicable to the services provided to you. Any fees or taxes paid in the process of providing your requested service may pass on to you. You agree to pay all bills on a timely manner and acknowledge the fact that a legal claim can be made against you if you withhold payments due to us without our approval. Collection actions may be taking against you after all efforts to collect balances due have failed. All bills and invoices are due on the date specified on the bill or invoice. It is your responsibility to request extensions on remittance of payments for the bill(s) or invoice(s) made out to you by contacting our billing department via email or by phone. If you feel you have been billed in error for any reason whatsoever, it is your responsibility to contact our billing or administrative department within 30 days of the bill date. A refund or credit may be applied to your account if your claim is determined to be legitimate. The submission of a claim does not release you from the responsibility to remit balances you owe. D.D. Akins Comptronics will not issue refunds or credits if claims is submitted later than the 30 days allowed except if otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to refuse service to you for legitimate reasons as determined by us or the laws of the jurisdiction under which the requested service is expected to be performed.
