These terms encompass your acceptance of our service, as well as your consent to receive our promotional and marketing materials via email.

DDAC, LLC refers to DDAC, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company. The term “Affiliate Company” encompasses DDAC, LLC Clients and its associated entities, such as principals, partners, subsidiaries, beneficiaries, restaurants, hotels, or the respective owners of hotels, and hotel management where the service is provided.

1. Service Extent

• 1.1 We do not endorse the use of any specific websites or other internet-related services (“Internet Services”). Your utilization of Internet Services is entirely at your own risk.
• 1.2 We bear no responsibility for or control over the Internet Services you access and cannot guarantee the absence of errors or viruses in any services.
• 1.3 We do not take responsibility for or control the information you send or receive through the Service.
• 1.4 Except for network diagnostics, we do not monitor the purpose of your Service use or the nature of the information you transmit or receive.
• 1.5 We cannot guarantee:
  • 1.5.1 The availability of the Service;
  • 1.5.2 The speed of information transmission via the Service; or
  • 1.5.3 Compatibility of the Service with your equipment or software.
• 1.6 While we take reasonable steps to secure the Service and prevent unauthorized access to information sent or received, we do not guarantee the security of your transmitted information or data. You are responsible for safeguarding your information and ensuring its security, integrity, and confidentiality through appropriate equipment and procedures.
• 1.7 We retain the right to withdraw the Service, modify its specifications or usage, alter access codes, usernames, passwords, or other security information as necessary to access the service at any time.

2. Your Service Usage

• 2.1 You must not use the Service for Internet Services, emails, or any content that:
  • 2.1.1 Is defamatory, threatening, intimidating, or harassing;
  • 2.1.2 Contains obscene, profane, or abusive language or material;
  • 2.1.3 Contains explicit or arousing pornographic material;
  • 2.1.4 Contains offensive content regarding sex, race, religion, color, origin, age, disability, medical condition, or sexual orientation;
  • 2.1.5 Infringes on third-party rights, including intellectual property rights;
  • 2.1.6 May adversely affect our business operations in our reasonable opinion; or
  • 2.1.7 Is otherwise unlawful or inappropriate.
• 2.2 Internet content, such as music, video, pictures, and text, is subject to copyright, and you should not download, modify, email, or use such content unless you are certain the owner has authorized its use.
• 2.3 We may suspend or terminate the Service if we reasonably believe you are in violation of any provisions of this agreement, including clauses 2.1 to 2.3.
• 2.4 We advise against transmitting or receiving confidential information through the Service, and if you choose to do so, you do it at your own risk.
• 2.5 The Service is intended for consumer use only. If you use it for commercial purposes, please refer to clause 5.2.

3. Criminal Activity

• 3.1 The Service must not be used for any activity that constitutes or can lead to a criminal offense, whether in the United States or elsewhere.
• 3.2 You acknowledge that we may be obligated to assist law enforcement, government agencies, and other authorities.
• 3.3 We may keep a log of Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, access times, and associated activities for devices using the Service.
• 3.4 We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement and rights-holders in investigating any suspected illegal activity, including disclosing information as required by law.

4. Our Use of Your Information

• 4.1 Aside from clauses 3.3 and 3.4, we will use your contact information solely for sending you marketing information, updates, promotions, and special offers related to our business.

5. Other Terms

• 5.1 You agree to fully indemnify us against any claims or legal actions brought against us due to your violation of these terms and conditions, particularly clauses 2.1 to 2.3 and 3.1.
• 5.2 Our responsibility is not extended to compensate you (except where required by law) for direct financial losses, such as loss of profit, revenue, time, data, or business, arising from the use or inability to access the Service.
• 5.3 This agreement does not permit either party to act as an agent for the other party, and third parties cannot enforce its terms.
• 5.4 This agreement is governed by United States law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

By using the Service, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions, assuming full responsibility for the use of the provided Wi-Fi service and acknowledging the inherent security, privacy, and confidentiality risks associated with internet information access and transmission.
